My x-ray showed bone loss within 6 weeks of surgery (that was one key aspect of the diagnosis for me). I also had a bone scan that showed loss. Over time, the bones in my foot improved; I think part of it was a weight-bearing issue, along with the RSD.

im glad you are getting more bone density from movement,,thats what im doing weight bearing is good for stimulating bone growth,oseoperosis and rsd bone loss too,,its painfull for me after the workout and i get falreups too,,but i think its worth more to move in my case and with all rsd patients,,its always good to hear someone one this site who is showing progress,,God bless you all,,,,,bobber |
