Hi Dolfinz and welcome back,
The warmer weather should be much better for you. I live in Arizona last 11 years. Was in Oregon. I almost went to Florida to Dr. Hooshmand. He is now retired, but spent years specializing in RSD. His website is still up and very knowledgable. Another Dr. I believe has taken over his practice. I'm not sure of the area-Port something.
