Please pray for me. My anxiety has increased. Tension all the way up my back,and my breathing felt affected deep down. Tightness around my head,in the front,and back areas behind my ears.
This scares me. I usually have the tension in my chest in the middle,and going under my left ribs,with pain. It's hard to explain. I'm getting pain in my shoulders,and neck area. I'm going through a medicine change. I'm so glad that you all are there. This scares me when my anxiety moves. |
