Unhappy Prayers for Polar Express
I just got off the phone with Kris (Polar Express). Her dear 27yo step-daughter, LeeAnna, just passed away during the night in bed at Kris's home.

LeeAnna had been in the hospital for a few days, but they sent her home. Poor Kris blames herself for not insisting the hospital keep her.

Relatives from Nebraska are on their way to Minnesota. Meanwhile, Kris is having to console LeeAnna's grief-stricken grandmother while they wait for the autopsy results.

Kris gave her approval to post this thread. In your prayers, please remember to ask for blessings of peace and comfort for Kris, and also LeeAnna's family.


I was able to meet up with Kris and LeeAnna about a year ago. Very very lovely ladies. Such a sad loss.

I am so sorry to hear this

my prayers are lifted for the family and especially for Kris to have comfort and not blame herself, and be strengthened to help console others in the family.

Kris, I am so sorry. Know that Jim and I are praying for all of you during this time. I cannot imagine the grief you are putting yourself through. Please know that there is a bigger plan for LeeAnna and while we don't understand why things like this happen, be assured she is singing with the angels.
