Thank you for your continued prayers. You give me great comfort knowing you are awake and praying when I can't sleep. God is amazing to bring comfort and closeness between us when we are half a world apart!

I'm so sad about this latest news. Like Anne said, I'm sure it's necessary but that doesn't make it any easier to accept. I am still praying for everyone involved. He's so young.......

My nephew is out of the woods now! Though he has a long road of recovery ahead of him, his life is safe now. God has been good. And, yes, prayer does work. I know God has something important in store for him and his family. I will keep praying that the family keeps their hearts and minds open to receive God's message and gifts.

oh thank you so much for the update Friend
I know it is going to be a very hard readjustment for him to learn to live as an amputee but he is alive and his mother still has her precious son here

I will continue to pray for this young man, especially that God would use him in remarkable ways to show that good can come even from some of the biggest and most heartbreaking challenges.

I can only imagine the relief his mom feels that her only child is going to survive

Thank you for the update.....I was wondering how he was doing. I know it's going to be a long, difficult road for him and his family but I know God has great plans for him.

Praise The Lord!

Thank you for letting us know Friend, and now that his life is safe, the long hard struggle to recover will begin.

One of the first things he will need is to be allowed to grieve for the arm and the lower leg that he lost. A lot of people don't realize it, but he'll most probably go through all the same emotional stages as some-one who's lost a loved one, and will need the emotional support to do so.

I'll continue my prayers for him and look forward to more positive news in the future.
