Default myofacial release

I am going to a Physical therapist who is a specialist in myofacial release for chronic pain. anyone had any experiance with this?

Yes, I saw a myofacial PT for a short time, She did not accept my insurance. She helped some but not enough to justify the costs. I also had to remind her each time to be careful when she streached me
