Thanks Rae. I've recently started taking a multivitamn and some iron as im quite anaemic. I also get B12 injections evert three months But I will definitely check out this poster and see if I need anything else.
I suppose it's only natural that we need to boost our bodies. Woulnt mind but I NEVER used to even take a paracetamol before all this happened!!!! |
