I'm sorry to hear this! And here we were all excited because you recently were able to get tweaked.

I notice I seem to have 'better' days after I've taken Magnesium.
Do you take any of the supplements that are widely talked about on the PN forum? B12 (Methylcobalamin), Alpha Lipoic Acid, L-Carnitine, Vit D.....
MrsD is a mountain of knowledge on this and has contributed hugely to the PN supplements segment on that forum.....

Thanks Rae. I've recently started taking a multivitamn and some iron as im quite anaemic. I also get B12 injections evert three months But I will definitely check out this poster and see if I need anything else.
I suppose it's only natural that we need to boost our bodies. Woulnt mind but I NEVER used to even take a paracetamol before all this happened!!!!
