Just take it slowwwwllllllyyyyyyyyy, let EVERYONE take care of you. Be a 'patient' and be patient. My REP said to me, dont be brave......just relax and the 6/8 weeks will be over before you know it. You can get yourself one of those items that you would use to pick up things, like a grabber. Dont know what you would call it. But you would see a lot of people, especially the elderly, or council workers on the street using one to pick up the litter. Very handy too.
