Ok OK, so maybe I shoulda opted for the pub..........please pass the salt
Hmm I would prefer the tequila, lime and salt, been a while since I partook of that concoction and it is my prefered drink, Recently at work I have been ordering tequila, triplesec, strawberries salt and a blender from the new pharmicist. She keeps telling me it is in the med system and someone else must have swiped it. I have decided that ETOH may give me the pain relief I am not getting otherwise. The rest does not seem to be helping much. I am scheduled for a nerve block on the 6th, that will be after working 6 in a row, then drive to Lincoln then I have forgoten what I work after Tuesday that week. I have been unable to locate any wisdom in this neck of the woods, puppies, upset hospice kitty, nasty temper tantrum pitching 3 year olds and manic bipolar spouses, no wisdom
sorry
