Well. It's not a hernia nor a hematoma. The ultra sound guy showed me the small amount of blood/fluid there was there ... He says it's just from having the stim there. It looks UGLY. Like a boiled egg in my stomach. I cried so much as I was so hoping to wear a bikini on holiday even with my scars.

I will mention it to my surgeon but the ultra sound guy says they need to go in and scrape away what's there, and I guess that's cosmetic and I doubt the NHS will over that.

To top it all, I shopped a little whilst there and looked at all the gorgeous shoes I will never be
Able to wear again because of this stupid drop foot and ugly splint

Saffy...
I would thing this might be taken care of when you have the hysterectomy. For now, you just have to forget about the bikini. One piece bathing suits are in this year anyway.

As always, we are all praying for you,

(Gerry)

Heart Yes oh Yes

Saffy, please take care of YOU, the person inside the skin. General appearances, well, that is only the shell. The real YOU is expressed right here on NT, though not many of us have seen the visage.

Health first, then cosmetic, and Gerry is wise in saying give care to what matters for REAL, then think about a two piece bather another time. We gotta have you healthy. Infection away. Depressive thoughts be banned. Focus on spirit, and health, and the care you give and receive the rebound from each who write here.

Contemplate where Gerry stands as she and her husband pray in the evening.
Thank God,
Realize blessings,
Receive Prayer,
Yup

I have decided on a bikini and blow it. If people want to assume I'm smuggling boiled eggs, let them. Lol

My daughter suggests putting weight on, so I am currently in a cake eating competition ... Yum.

Post Nah

Just tell them "I am expecting......" deop it at that and let them go figure. No one has any reason to be gauche anyway. Let them eat cake. You live your life.

Heck, you could even get one of those neat faux tatoos which is a big arrow and direct their gazing eyes toward the boiled egg if you want.

This could become a true Rae type experience of humor---- turn drama into HUMOR. Have fun at the expense of the Rude.

"What is that?" answer "I'm expecting"

Enjoy yourself, for humor and a good perspective on teh future God has for you is a real way to conquer the demon of depression, the what ifs, the pain.
"why, since you ask, I am expecting."

Knock rudeness dead in its tracks, with people unable to respond.

They will be

Har dee har har. THEN get infection and other stuff Taken into account and eliminate thise medical problems one at a time, even the boiled egg if that suits you.

Blessings on you,
Praying,
Smiling,
Mark56

Oh D r a t, the evil icon counter limited my fun for you, so I had to drop six icons, oh well...... you get the point. Maybe Rae can come up with a xnappy "I'm expecting boiled egg icon" then you could print it and hand it out to gawkers with a Cheshire Cat grin on your face. Sunglasses required.
