Thumbs up Update on Tara

Hello, this is Tara's husband Jerry. Her surgery went well but she is still in the hospital for the next couple of days. They had to make a bigger incision and they also fixed the battery pocket area. She is in a lot of pain and having problems with nausea she wanted you guys to know how she is doing. The good news is that they got a chance to test the coverage, and it seems to be working for the most part. The bad news is that the stimulator will have to be off for the next 6 weeks until she can activate it again. I will give you an update when I can. Please keep her in your prayers that she has a good recovery and is out of pain soon.

Sincerely,
Jerry

Heart Our Tara....

Thank you so much for this Jerry! Tara is precious to us, and this really means alot that you got on here to communicate this to us

I pray that the pain and nausea subsides soon. It sounds like she is in good hands and you have been a wonderful support to her!
I'm sorry to hear she has to wait 6 weeks before the stimulator can be turned on!! That is a long time! Hopefully she can be kept as comfortable as possible during this interim.
Maybe by some chance she will get to have it turned on a couple weeks early in time for Christmas! That would be such a wonderful gift!!

Please give her all our care and support. She has been such a tremendous inspiration to all of us.

Thank you Jerry!

Rae

Heart Precious Tara

Jerry-

Please give Tara a warm hug of the hand from me. She has been one who has been concernedly praying me through a very hard time, and I now step to the fore to pray for her and for you. The struggle with the pain absent the stim for six weeks will be a great trial, but we will pray you through it. She is precious to me and also to you. May God bless you both this night and in the healing to come.

Prayerfully,
Mark56

Thank you for all of your thoughts a prayers. I have good news to report. Tara may be getting out of the hospital in another day or two. They are making her walk so that her legs and muscles don't tense up. She is doing a lot better, but there is still a long ways to go until she can fully recover. I will keep everyone updated when I get new information. Once again, thank you so much for your thoughts and prayers.

Jerry

Heart Great News!

Thank you to Jerry for sharing the update on Tara. Yep, isn't it just like those nurses [excuse me Pooh] getting you up out of bed when you don't quite feel like it. But they do know best. You gotta get Tara's stylish walker in there to her so she can go stylin' down the halls. Things will be great!! Squeeze her hand for me!

Praying you through this,
Mark56
