I'm a bit behind (pardon the pun) both of you, Pizza & TK, so your questions and concerns will soon be mine as well. It's good to read the responses so I can kind of plan of ahead and know what to expect, especially once the permanent implant is in place. Now I know to stock up on prunes, colace, dynamite, etc. Hey, every little bit of info and preparation helps!

Just don't let anyone make you the butt of their jokes or wisecracks.

Gentle hugs,
Jan

The pain meds usually add to the constipation. Either the Phillips Milk of Magnesia or Miralax might be good to have on hand as well.
From someone with much experience.
