Hello friend, I am new here. I end my first visit with your wonderful letter of hope, love and faith.
I have RSD for 21 years and know that when The Lord is ready he will heal me. Untill that time in His book, I hope to help others and spread word of His love and blessings. And He will help me to continue my journey spreading the word of RSD helping CRPS folks and other pain folk who need some kindness and understanding. Good nigh to you and thanks for the night time prayer.

That's an attitude that makes the heart of God smile - accepting that even in the midst of suffering it's for a good purpose...and that if/when He is ready, when the timing is right, relief will come. That's been the beauty of my experience now. I literally had accepted that my suffering would know no end, would have no relief (it's gotten exponentially worse over the past 15 years) until I was with Him...knew that if that was His will it was for my good. Did I have moments of "I WISH THIS WOULD END!" of course...I'm human. But in my spirit I knew He was in control and had a purpose I can't see. And I found great strength in focusing on the countless blessings He had for me instead of remaining "in the dumps" because of chronic pain.

Then - He brings me SCS and...wow. Life-changing to the point I honestly have yet to fully grasp what I'll be able to do once I'm fully healed ('scarred in') from the procedure.

Lord hear our prayers
we go to the pool again
oh how i just want to be able
to enjoy it
noted that coming out

dear God
i don't get it
these last 3 day
felt like one big
mess
in the end
i am given temporary custody
of the baby
i had a reason to call
management then
with three of them and a machete
lifted the rug out on the veranda
i took the mop out to clean up the mess
left behind walking through the entire
apartment
i began going slowly back and forth
somehow my fall began with me
going a split broke that as my left knee
could not handle it afraid to fall on my right
side somehow twisted my body trying to
manipulate the fall
well not to successful
fell on my left buttocks
hitting my buttocks bone
then my left arm went under
free to slam the floor
a full body fall
and i hurt so badly
hoping my med will help
my shoulder left hip and left
knee won't even talk about my
lower back and my neck has
a different feel as i move it
i feel the internal cracking
my pain specialist
is on vacation this month
if it does not get better i'll
ask him to order a x-ray
of the shoulder and my
knee
my back i already know
it is L-5 that is out of commission
to the point it is one other surgery
Peterson the surgeon that dropped
me as his patient when my hiccup
in the road being addressed was
the removal of both my breasts
to cancer
cancer was found by me
it was a lump 3:00 right
breast
have had my breast mammo's
every year since i was 40 years old

my God,
my Father,
it may have been my stupidity
but a job need to be done and
i did it and then to take this terrible
fall makes no sense
why have added pain
if i am the one to be here for
them
have taken my meds
still feel pain in shoulder
my left side the only side
that was comfort zone
almost in fetal position
now that is painful as
i do not have the strength
to lift my hips and push
my buttocks backward
sticking outward i needed help
pulling it outward
so i trust you will keep
all moving along
as i try to keep focused
and do all that needs
to be done
i trust you Father
all in your plan
to my dear friends
i have become close to
and the family in general
hear our prayers
i pray for a miracle
and a belly laugh in a day
if it's not much to ask

Ever so grateful to have the time; finances; health and energy to meet friends and go on a cruise. I have never been on one...just got my passport. My son staying at the house with my pets...including a new baby bird...so my mnd is at easewith leaving.

This was one of my dreams as I would lay in bed using visualization and deep breathing therapy for pain management.

The low and constant approach with my SCS along with lots of PT and I am down one entire pain med for two weeks now.

Ahh...I am in a sweet spot of life....blessings abound.
