Thumbs up Hard to believe but.....

It willbe 2 months Monday since my stim was implanted!!!

I feel much better. My broken foot turned out to be not quite as bad ( small fracture) when my real doctor, who knows what my feet X-rays already look like which is trashy lol, saw it. He prescribed off/on periods of boot wearing cause ny of y'all rsd'ers know immobilization of limbs makes it worse.

STILL not 100% satisfied in programming, but it takes away 70% of pain so I can't gripe too much, but getting that much pain relief involves a stomach lead which is irritating. Not really painful, just, well, irritating lol.

I feel little positional change at all anymore, but I have an OCD dr. Who still hasn't allowed me to bathe. He is awesome, though. Seriously, I have just started bending again and still won't over bend or stretch or lift over about ten pounds prob for another month though I feel fine.

Working was killing me until I got better shoes. I was ORDERED by my dr. To discard all flip flops (last two foot injuries occurred while wearing them) so I'm giving/selling them. Oh well. I'll make statements in other ways (not footwear lol)

A yay, everyone have a beautiful day. temps in DFW have fallen from 104 yesterday to it's 67 this morning so yay!!!! I also have a date with my husband tonight at Pete's dueling piano bar so I'm super excited about that. So I feel blessed to again be able to do little things!!

I may not be 100 percent, but I will certainly take 75 percent or even 70 or even 50 on a bad day lol

Hope everyone else is well!!

Thumbs up TK!!!!!

THAT....IS.....SO.....COOL!!!! Restoratives to your life and realizing you may take little steps to gain in the over all portrait GREAT STRIDES!!! How Cool is THAT???? I feel so thrilled you are gaining demonstrable control over your pain profile... GOD at work!

Now, curiosity really eats at this cat... since our family is musically inclined, called, involved, and spirited........ are YOU going to be at one of those duelilng PIANOS??? If so, I need to book a flight down there to cheer you on!! You see, our son, Aaron, could easily whup Van Halen's finger tapping on guitar onstage if they were up there together..... so, if EDDIE is reading this...... NOT [I am pretty sure], here is a challenge, my Aaron against your finger tapping any night any venue. He is that good and I love hearing him play. If anyone can pass this challenge along to Eddie, go ahead, no fear, no fear, just recognition of the blessing.

TK may your foot truly heal and the on again off again maneuver with your boot aid in the healilng. Then keep going with those steps back into your life cautiously guided by Doc to regain your steady DEBUT as a happy SCSer!

Hoping your piano bar experience this evening is a wonderful time out for you and your hubby!
Yup,
Prayin,

Laugh Woot! Woot!

What a great update TK!
I too get about 70% pain relief and MAN that makes a difference in the things I can do now. That's 70% less time laying in bed wishing I was somewhere over the rainbow in that great blue yonder ....... well, maybe that made sense to someone somewhere.... (?) but you get my point.

Hopefully that stomach buzzing will get tweaked out somewhere along the line.
I hope the piano jams blew yer socks off!

Rae
