The transportation is working out, thank you. Even if my daughter lived next door, I would request that that all testing that could be done locally, would be done here. The two and a half hour trip is very bumpy and I would prefer to avoid any unneccessary trips. Obviously, I need to see the surgeon before and after the procedure. I wouldn't want a surgeon who was willing to skip important steps It's just one day at a time now. I have the MRI next week then I will see the surgeon.

I just got a notice from my Part D provider that they are messing with my meds after the first of the year. Most of them are going on a different tier. I am shocked that they are leaving the Lyrica alone but I am limitted to coverage of 150 mg per day. It's been that way for years. I will most likely have to change my ER pain pill. That's fine with me because I have been hesitating telling my doctor that it is time to change anyhow.o I hate to sound like I am playing doctor. I have to rotate the ERs every year or two as they stop working. Once that happens, they don't work at any doseage.

I bet I end up back on Methadone. Been there on a relative low with great success for a year or so. It's been a long time so I am guessing it is time to give it a try again and it is cheap which will please the part d provider. It wouldn't surprise me if many of us are forced on to Methadone as a cost cutting measure. It's a good med if the doc knows what he is doing and networks well with your pharmacist. I am blessed that my professionals all work together in harmony and network well.

I adore my pharmacist. I deal with the owner/head pharmacist. They are part of a large clinic across the street and deliver. Whenever I call for refills, I am transferred to him. He always checks to make certain that I have a proper supply of OTCs. If I mention the grandkids are coming, he askes if I need any Texas Jumbo cinaman rolls which they love. He knows I don't keep junk and particularly sweets around as they aggravate the candida. I have poor self control and one sweet will throw me into a major crave then fungal flair. Bless his heart, if I need treats for the kids, he delivers them next door and the neighbor is given instructions to give them to the kids when they arrive and knock on the door. I am so grateful to have such a great friend who is on the ball and sooo thoughtful.. Y'all have a great night.
