I like the surgeon. He seems like a genuinely good guy and very knowledgeable. All he does is spinal and brain implants so I know he is experienced. The practice is large with a huge support staff. The support staff is polite enough when you are in the office then do whatever they want when you leave. Phone communication is a joke. It was this way before the first operation. By the time I finally got in, I was so irritable that I told everyone off. I was insufficiently sedated and experienced and remembered everything. The sedation did leave me totally uninhibited and I ran my mouth the entire time except when I was put down for the actual implant. I am having a general this time . I just want this over with so I can reclaim my life and reduce the meds. Sigh.
