Wedged inbetween the base of my skull
It is debilating pain
That constant throb
The weather has much to do with it
My pushing myself to breaking point

oh how i ask to be forgiven
as i assumed and made that
*** of myself
today my shrink said
he would keep me on as a patient
it forced me to humble myself
and was shown sincere interest in my life

i was in the passengers seat
as my Father took over

i have given my seventeen year old
two weeks
i to step back
so to speak
and just observe since her
fathers request
taking the phone away from her
as if he knew better
but i played along

but because he thaught by me
agreeing to his request
told her what her father asked me to do
and the first thing is take the PHONE away from her
did all he asked

here goes

never to hear from him
to not follow up with me

please
anybody out there
explain this scenario

and since then he made sure
i be the bad guy in it all
for i needed now to explain
what damage he added this
very important issue
"my" daughter
who i love dearly
and can admit my input
in the matters
the program a must
he doesn't believe any change
is happening
i disagree
there is one very important aspect
that i see happening
and that is being true to herself
and the situations at hand
this a positive
i have her phone
she has had the opportunity to
step up with the common areas in the home
the simple things
such as scrub out the toilet bowl

Early rise with a phone call from a fellow
I have known for many years through a fellowship
Giddy and tickled that he has possibly found a new sponsor
As his current sponsor died
Here is the thing
The new sponsor shares the same name as his prior one
who he loved and speaks of often
It is amazing to hear the joy in his voice
He suffers back pain and other ailments yet
to be determined by doctors and went for his
MRI yesterday
My blessing begun with a phone call from someone
who is my friend
And wanted to share his story with me
In you I trust
My Father
My Savior
As I rebuke any and all evil that tries to work
through me
Save my babies
Let them live a life of happiness
Grounded in your Spitit
In Jesus name
Let me feel you in my soul
