Frown emo suprt animal's alloted outdoor space

I've lived in my bldg 11 yrs. the last 3 &1/2 yrs with my E.S.A. after nearly getting lynched by my P.O.S. bldg mgr. After he knew of bunny for 1 & 1/2 yrs. got my V.A. phych to write scrip. all good now.
does my animal have a right to outdoor space ?
