Default Can celexa cause a lack of emotion?

Hi
I started Celexa 3 weeks ago for anxiety. Since then, I've noticed that I have a lack of feeling, even when my DH wants to get cuddly, I enjoy the cuddle, but cannot "go over the edge". Could it be too much Celexa? I also have a concussion, could that be it? Im so bummed this is happening!!!
