Default listen to radio to get to sleep?

radio shows or tv can drive me crazy
ever hear george noory on coasttocoastam?some of the subjects drive me crazy

last night it was heart attacks-sometimes i think all the news on how to survive medical disasters makes me irate and on verge of heart attack -you start to worry about everything
