radio shows or tv can drive me crazy
ever hear george noory on coasttocoastam?some of the subjects drive me crazy

last night it was heart attacks-sometimes i think all the news on how to survive medical disasters makes me irate and on verge of heart attack -you start to worry about everything

hiya clouds.

nope...i can't sleep to radio or tv. they invade my dreams. or i end up thinking way too much about what is going on.

i don't think the negative stuff before sleeping is good for anyone.

do you usually have the radio on when you go to sleep? my mom always has.

Hi clouds z,

I always listen to the TV when I'm going to sleep. If it's not the TV, it's the radio. You like Coast to Coast? I've only met 3 other people who know what it is, and out of those 3, only 1 likes it. Glad to know I'm not alone on this.
