I just had a sleep study and my results is a SLEEP DISTRUBANCE:
1) Alpha intrusion into delta sleep 2) Reduced REM and DELTA sleep (it took me 4 1/2 hours to get to REM...then the amount of sleep was reduced in the REM stage.) I am diagnosed with Epilepsy, Multiple Sclerosis, and Severe Migraines......My question is: Is this SLEEP DISTRUBANCE common with any of my medical diagnosis?? |
