I have found that what is called sleep hygiene is very effective with no need for drugs (homeopathic or otherwise).

Sleep hygiene - Better Health Channel.

I don't know what you consider sleep hygiene, but all I know not long after menopause and getting the Fibro diagnosis, and I was 50something did all my sleep go south. So I had to get to work to come up with what I take.

And if you need no help to sleep, that's good ...
