Default I quit breathing
The results of my blood oximeter test show that I quit breathing 18 times in 4 hours. Not just briefly, but for at least 1 minute! Aaarghh!

No wonder I'm so tired in the mornings.

Guess I'll have to dust off the dreaded CPAP. When I lost 20% of body weight a couple of years ago, I didn't think I needed it anymore. But (of course) I gained it all back.
