The brat kitty is home and stoned out of his mind. He's off hiding somewhere. So, the vet said the blood work and ua will be in tomorrow. She told me since he's on Prozac his anxiety went down but brought out his aggression. Great, it was there all along but he was too scared to use it. We're doomed! I think I need to write SNL and have then do a skit on Ric. haha

Deb, sorry about going through more testing. I hope they find what's wrong because that is so scary!

Wow, Debbie! Please be careful. That's so scary.......please don't drive till you find out what's making you so sleepy. You're important and we don't want anything to happen to you.

Sandy, what's going on with your cat? I didn't know you were having problems with him. I've never heard of a cat on Prozac before! Be careful.....you might want to lock your bedroom door while ya'll sleep! Cats can be vindictive, ya know!

Have ya'll been following this story about the "balloon boy" in CO? I was watching the news just a bit ago and the story just seems to get stranger each time they update it.

Back at school. Today looks like a pretty day (high of 68), but then the temps are suppose to fall alot by the end of the week.

Sandy, One of my colleague's cat is also on prozac. She says he (I think it is a he) has been depressed ever since she got married last year. Her cat does not like her hubbie.

Debbie, Please be careful. You really should not be driving. I was concerned when you said you were driving into Chicago. Now I am really concerned.

Hi Kelly!

Hope you all have a good day!

Debbie, please be careful.

Sandy, that stuff about your cat does sound like a making for a story.

Everyone,

~~~
Got my yoga in for the day and resting up before my next burst of puttering.
The story I typed up almost seems to have a mind of its own, LOL. Went back to it, changed some stuff, and it's a little longer now. It's a SciFi/Fantasy type of deal. Hubby hasn't read it yet, which is ok. Flows much better now.
Now to come up for air again for a few days. Promising myself not to touch it, LOL! Besides a lot of stuff around here needs my attention.
Probably will post the painting I did for hubby later on today.
Take care everyone.
The cat was freaking out last night! He kept going to the fridge and staring at the ice maker. LOL He wouldn't leave it so I had to shut my bedroom door and make him stay in here. Poor thing was so stoned. He wouldn't even sleep, just stared for hours.
We'll get the results today. He's perky this morning. lol
Have a good day everyone. I don't have much to do except figure out what's for dinner.
Hi everyone...thanks for the hugs, etc. Greatly appreciated.
Sandy, that would make a great skit...why don't you write it? Lots of people send in things like that. I can just imagine a cat sitting in front of the fridge for hours, staring at the ice maker...LOL!! And then when Mom comes up to move her, she reaches out and scratches her...psycho prozac kitty!! Hee hee!
Jenn, how long is the story?
Took DS 29 and his DW out for lunch...she still doesn't have a job...so they're trying to come to an agreement about moving...he wants to find something cheap, and she would be okay with moving in with us for a few months until she finds a job (she doesn't understand that this is a jobless recovery). Why she quit her job before finding something else first is beyond my understanding...oh well. The inn might be opeining up again soon...
I actually have energy today. I was up during the night with chest pains...thought it was indigestion, but the antacids didn't work for over an hour...so I don't know what was going on, but it freaked me out, since my parents and sister all had heart attacks. How do you know if it is? Anyway, the pain subsided and I fell asleep in the recliner listening to the Weather Channel. Best sleep producer on TV
Well, hope all of you have a wonderful Tuesday afternoon. Barb, it's in the
60s up here, but cloudy. I don't look forward to another cold weekend...
My last rewrite doubled the size of my initial story. Right now, my processor's word count is over 37,000. Hence the reason I'm saying it has a mind of it's own, LOL.
Hung up some window coverings in our office for Halloween. We've got some creepy eyes looking down from our second floor windows. I can't wait to see what they look like at night.
The tiger kitty tried to help in her own special way, but luckily I convinced her to leave them alone once they were in place.
Oh, on another note - I posted my hubby's painting into my photo albulm if anyone wants to see it.
Kelly, sorry you're feeling those "what ifs"... It's so hard when you see others pass those milestones...wish I could give you a real hug instead of a virtual one...
hey all ..
here is my latest update:
NO LUPUS .. NO Rheumatoid Arthritis ... that's the good news (sorta) ... what I may have is fibromyalgia on top of the MS (joint pain, etc) ... with no sort of med treatment that would benefit me ... back to square one ... OH, I have a fatty liver - LOL, whatever!!
I may have Sjogen's disease - which is also another auto-immune disease of why I have dry mouth and dry eyes (no tears) ... and can be related to the RA and liver issues ..
next wednesday - I will be having a biopsy done of my lip (I guess) to verify the Sjogen's ... and then on Nov 12th - a biopsy of my liver ...
good news :: the rheumy said he would write a letter to my lawyer - To Whom It May Concern ... regarding my liver issues and treatments ... although I'm still going for testing .. I said it would be nice to have a nice Christmas ... actually, I saw him as a real person, not just a doctor ... and felt bad because there really isn't anything he can do with my pain ... until after the liver biopsy ...
onward!! I'm okay - just in alot of pain .. flare ... part of life, right?? keep smiling!! you all are just so cute!!
OH .. forgot to add - the reason for the liver biopsy is to check for auto-immune hepatitis .. the fun never ends!! ta ta
