good morning,

wow, extreme pain last night, I was in tears!! back just so sore, so spasms, so actually too a bit tingling stuff feeling... neck thru lower back.

Hoping the massage did not make this worse, do not think so just think in day things feel much better and by night creeps and pain.

I was really struggling with wanting to live with this crappola...just was wanting peace!

better with it today, pain in morning, but I did do a 60min yoga, that was for longevity, in case I DO want to live in pain for many more years lol....no it was good relaxing type yoga...and good stretches too. Felt good!!

now about to shower, maybe take girls for short walk, or to play outside.. chilly but sun is bright. Later church this afternoon, two of the kids alter serve. Then taking two of the older girls bowling I think, not sure I will bowl... as my back is still feeling rough!

hugsss all, sarah (hoping if I decide to try cymbalta it will make the pain less and help this crap) tonight maybe I will take a tramadol.. think I will even if not too much pain...hope that helps some.

Sandy, that is awesome news! Hope she keeps improving!

Sarah, sorry to hear about the rough night

Vonn, Ugh! Sorry to hear that everything's still wonky with the disability stuff.

Trish, best of luck with the MRI.

Everyone,

~~~~~~
Planning on swinging by the art show my guild peeps are doing. Missed the deadline for entry when I was sicker than a dog last month. I'm ok with it.
I can't do 5+ hours for three days in a row right now. Been in uber pain the past two, so kinda glad I didn't do this. Plus it's looking like a beautiful day out there.
Getting some new ideas for art stuff, which is cool. Plan on working on getting the house rearranged and ready for Thanksgiving company. Week long project with lots and lots of breaks.
Debating on doing the tried and true way when I'm finally done with this book. Novel length story now, and still have some rewrites to do. Might try knocking on some agents' doors or self publish. Pros and cons for either one. At least with trying to take it easy, I had time to research.
Take care everyone!
Hi Everybody!
We're having some much needed Indian summer days in N. Illinois. I haven't been able to enjoy it yet but I'll be going out soon.
I've been staying busy with the job search and also trying to pass some Microsoft certification exams that the unemployment office had for free. The past several days I've been studying Excel and I do ok, but you only have 50 minutes to complete the exam. I hope I'll be fast enough.
I've been feeling ok, though I had a dream last night that I was having trouble walking. It was just a dream though.
Our youngest son is sick, and from the sounds of his cough, I think it might be the H1N1. He's been sick for several days now. He's supposed to start a new job on Monday night so he's really hoping to feel better by then. Today he's drinking green tea and has a productive cough so hopefully that's a sign that he's getting better.
Business is slow but sure, we generally have 1-2 repairs to do a week. It should increase eventually though.
My job interview went well last week but she stressed that good handwriting is very important because they write each other notes a lot in that office. (My right hand is weak sometimes.) But I signed my name for her and tried to write neatly. I also wrote her a thank you note and tried to sign it and write the address neatly as well.
If I don't get this job, another one will come along eventually. I applied for four other jobs online this week.
Sandy,
I'm keeping your mom, Jim and you in my prayers. One of the neuro's at my doctor's office told me about Levaquin and the tendon problem a few months ago. She won't prescribe it anymore because of that.
Trish,
I hope your MRI will be ok.
Vonnie,
I bet you're keeping busy, hope all your tests are going ok.
Fin,
Hope you feel better soon and your art is awesome. I sometimes wish I had kept up with painting, but I was so darn slow at it, lol. My late sister could finish a painting in a couple of hours and it would take me weeks to get one done. (I still have that one painting hanging in the livingroom, and three of my sis's throughout the house.)
Everybody else that needs a prayer, or a hug, or pain relief...
