Chat Foreclosure action affects health

I'm sure everyone who is facing or in foreclosure knows it affects their health.

At the May 28 hearing I was so stressed that I got white spots on my middle finger, fingernail.

I was lucky that a business owner and a nice woman had come to the hearing with me, because it looks like I'm going to be allowed to do Discovery. But, it was still extremely stressful.

Then, I needed my notes from a couple years ago and realized that the only place I wrote about how distressed I was, was on the BrainTalk forum, which later crashed and all my posts were lost, so I didn't/don't have any record of how badly affected I was.

So, that has made me realize that while I feel very alone, because I am alone, trying to find a bit of support can backfire and do more harm, in the long run, than not.

After that I stopped posting here, because I was thinking of this being like Braintalk, and thinking how it's important to keep ones own notes on ones own computer...

then, I had to get a new computer... and Vista lost my documents, a month of which were new on Vista...

What a ... shaking my head here ... trip. To say the least.

I think that when I was young I had no idea how things would changed when my health was affected and all my saving was lost because a lawyer lied in court...

I just was so trusting, I would not EVER have thought a lawyer would lie in court. Just like when I was having all the IRS problems in the 90s, I thought the IRS would not EVER break the law because they were a part of the government.

LOL

Cracks me up.

What I do know is true, is that my fingernails keep reflecting the ebb and replenishment of my vitamin B12. Earlier today I had NO moons, now there is a suggestion that the moon on my right thumb might be trying to come back.

Sigh.

Wells Fargo had their lawyers call me and say they were granting a "forebearance" -- what that really meant was that they don't want to answer my Interrogatories or produce.

I hate that they sort of tried to trick me into thinking "forebearance" was a good thing.

When I called Wells Fargo they didn't even have record of how much my income has gone up. Which is an important factor in getting my Making Home Affordable Loan Modification.

So, if they didn't even have record of the updates I'd sent in, am I to trust them?

I did pay my Escrow Account shortage, and that proved very interesting because my cancelled check shows that the money went to "various investors"

My interrogatories dealt with my mortgage and derivative trading, swaps and AIG.

And, a production request was for my original note and mortgage.

It remains stressful.

Tomorrow I have to take my Plaintiff's Portion of the PreTrial Order to the lawyer in Albuquerque. It's expensive to have to pay someone to drive me, but I could not finish it in time to be sure the mail would get it there tomorrow.

I better go work on it now.

(Well, maybe coffee first.)

Oh dear -- I rather confused this thread. The first part is about the foreclosure of my home, and today I posted about the Adversary Proceeding regarding my condo that was taken based on violations of the automatic stay. It was that which has led to the foreclosure action on my home, that's why I posted today thinking there was a relationship...

Boy, it's hard to believe I am still at it - Fighting Foreclosure.

It is shocking to me how sick this on going struggle has made me. After the May hearing I felt really suicidal, for a long time because I just did not want to live on the street and sleep on cement.

But, I pulled myself back together and I did Requests for Admissions, some of which have to do with Wells Fargo producing my original Note and Mortgage.

I think that with the derivatives trading and swaps that Wells Fargo most likely doesn't have my mortgage anymore. When I asked for them to produce it, in my Requests for Production, they replied that they didn't have to.

The thing with Requests for Admissions is that if they are not answered in 30 days, then they are deemed admitted.

Okay, so after I did my Requests for Admissions (many of which I got off Scribd) Wells Fargo offered me a Home Affordable Modification Program trail period and Wells Fargo said my foreclosure action was suspended.

Sounds GREAT! But there was a hearing set for October 19 on Wells Fargo's Motion for Summary Judgment, and the lawyers refuse to agree to vacate the hearing... Much MUCH stress.

I've noticed that even though there's all this horrible stress I haven't been losing my balance as much as last year. There were a few bad days after the last hearing: I had to stay in bed because I was having so much difficulty walking, I felt dizzy and I was so afraid of falling. Last year I fell and it set me back a lot.

Anyway, the point is that although I'm not totally well By Any Means, I am better than I was a year ago, and I'm pretty sure that has to do with B12 replacement. I continue to use 5 or more of the 5mg Methylcobalamin lozenges a day... except when I accidentally run out, like last week...

Because I was using less, I have pretty bad tinnitus right now, but I trust it will go away as soon as I've had a few more days with more Methylcobalamin.

******

If anyone is interested in the Home Affordable Modification Program... Here's a page I did dealing with some problems I encountered. (am encountering)

Default offering support

i hope your stress goes down to a manageable level soon. i have experience with liars who have the power to destroy your life, and how it feels when they succeed. my life is a littany of abuse by those in power. sometimes i feel like suicide too. hang in there, if it gets better please try to cheer me up too.
