Smile Thank you for the warm Welcome

Hello,
I have just started to post here on Monday so I am new too. My doctor recommended to me to do Tai Chi for my RSD and my migraines. He said it is very gentle moves so that would be good for my RSD and its a great cardiovascular program. It has been the only exercise I can do that doesn't bring on a migraine. I have looked up Tai Chi on the internet and it has so many health benefits and it also said that it helps with weight loss. I was happy to hear that it helps with weight loss since some of the meds I am on causes your metabolism to slowdown. Its nice meeting you Shanda I hope we can continue to communicate on this website. Take Care hope you have a pain free day.
