Thumbs up due respect

hey neuro-talk people, the more i read your posts ,the more i feel as if i might be treading where i don't belong.i mean,a lot of you guys [and gals] are going through things that, well,i almost feel ashamed to post here, like, mabe i should stay in psyche-central[which i just discovered yesterday].imk a little slow on the up-take.the rules in psyche central don't make a lot of sense to me.my challenges are more of the mental type.but, then again, which came first, the neuro or the feeling.apples and oranges.i really fit in both categories....people who are going through big mental[emotional challenges] dont always do real good with[watch your mouth].i mean,i understand civility, but who gives a **** about just words[unless your thin skinned].ive seen and experienced some horror in my life, like a lot of us...i come here cause i want to share about real life[which includes profanity.] anyeay, like i said,i can be slow on the uptake.please,if i make any of you uncomfortable, please share that with the mods so i can make sure im not wasting yours or my time, its to precious.if mods feel i might not fit here well,i can dig that, just tell me.BUT,do not make any suggestions about where i might find a better fit.eventually i'll find my own way...PSi also know i could very well be acting way too concerned[neurotic] and obsessed about what people think.ive been told that alot...if that be the case, then im laughing right along with you...have a great day[unless youve made other plans kennyjack

But you cannot have it both ways. Yes, they are just words. But that is what you are here for: words. So words count and they count at lot and should not be dismissed out of hand. I am probably misinterpreting what you said, or meant, and I do not want to do that. But I also do not want people thinking that in forums like this, that words do not count.
Welcome here. I am often at the mental illness sites and look forward to getting to know you a lot better.
