Oh Frank, that just sucks about the food and I'm so sorry. Hugs for you and Deb.

Oh wait. You made me remember what happened to me when I moved from my last home. It was about 3 weeks before I was supposed to move. The tank on my toilet just out of the blue cracked and busted wide open!!! Had to have the plumber put on a new one.

Next week, the refrigerator broke down. A couple days after that I was showering and heard a nasty noise on the other side of the shower and I'll be danged if the tank didn't crack and split wide open again!!!

Sometimes when it rains it pours, ya know?

Frank, that's my biggest fear....the freezer going kaput! I have a refrigerator/freezer out in the garage and the freezer is packed full. I'm sorry you lost so much food...that's such a shame.

I took a long nap this afternoon and made myself get up at 3:30 PM just so I'd sleep tonight. I'm like an infant with my days and nights mixed up.

I filled out my paperwork for LDN this afternoon and will get that back in the mail tomorrow so I can get my prescription. Can't wait to try it. Frank, how is it working for you? You've just started it fairly recently, haven't you?

Well, gotta figure out what's for supper.....:)

Frank, sorry to hear about the freezer. Ugh! We had that happen once ourselves. Unfortunately, I can't remember what we did to keep the critters at bay on trash day. :(

Sandy, love the pics of the pets. They are so cute. :)

Kitty, glad to hear you got a nap in. Hope the LDN works out for ya.

W00T!! My MRI scan shows it's still stable with no changes. :yahoo:

So keeping track of what the weather's like and how I feel has been a good thing. LOL, I hate being a human weather vane. :D

I started a couple of paintings and took a long nap this afternoon. So that's about the long and short of my day. Supposed to get storms tonight, and it looks like the clouds are starting to roll in. :rain:

Hoping everyone has a good evening. :grouphug:

muchas gracias, mi amiga!

those days are sadly GONE, as the humidity has KILLED my Nikon Digital (wah wah wah!) and mi esposo's camera is DOA too...

so, today when we released all the ducklings from the 3 nurseries, there were NO pix taken to commemorate the occasion, ALAS !!

the nursery is for their safety, so they don't go into the pond too young, before their oil glands can shed the water, and they're FAST enough to get out of the way of a horny drake who wants a date with their mommy, LOL.

but it was totally cool, the largest release we ever had at once, and VERY interesting to see which moms took OVER, and which immediately went off to the pond for a bath, and to the "buffet" for a snack.

duck behaviour sometimes REMINDS me of how people act, lol, lol, lol, lol !!

:D

a *lot* of people know SOMETHING's seriously wrong, but just can't get a handle on what it really IS, due to the fake news we're bombarded with.
