Sarah and TK, sounds like a good idea. The summer "session" for the class is over after this coming week. The instructor knows I have MS, so I think maybe I could talk things over with her about stuff.

They have another class that is slower, but it's in a warm pool. I could barely breathe going into that room let alone the water , so I know that one is out for me.

Good morning all Waiting to see how I feel today. Was hurting a little last night, so had some Tynol PM. Let's see if today gets better with all my new ideas about resting.

Have a little reminder on my laptop's calendar that will pop up later, so I won't be forgetting to call the neuro today, LOL.

Hope everyone has a good day.
