add ensure or boost.

it will take time to gain healthy weight. if you put it on too fas by just eating fattening food..honey you will have a love handle big enough for all us women on night owls.

you know i can help you with nutrition. andnot just by adding more choccy to your diet. what rx did yu get? you can pm me if you don;t want to post it. my dad has to take an rx. he would be skin and bones by now if he didn't.
