My advice would be to let this go. You know how your sugar is when you get upset. From your posts it seems like your neighborhood watches out for each other so just be careful when strangers are around. If it were me I would tell my neighbors so they know to keep an eye out also. Plus I would talk to my mailman and let him know so in the future he can bring your packages to your door.

Or you could put a big sign out front saying "I didn't throw the box in the street, a thief did" OK I am kidding here. Hopefully this was a random act and you will never hear of this again. I will pray for your safety...Sue

I don't live in an apartment. I live in a private house on a block with about 200 people. And this was not taken from my mailbox. The postman always gets the mail screwed up. I get mail from two avenues away. The mailman either put this in someone else's mailbox, they opened it up, then dumped the box on SOMEONE ELSE'S street, or in front of their house.

I don't live in an apartment building. No one is coming to my porch to check my mail. If that happened, I'd have 200 people telling me "Melody, there was this guy in your mailbox"

People sit outside all the time. I really believe that perhaps someone on my block (one of the 200), lets' say, or someone from two avenues away (with the same address but different avenue), (because I get their mail all the time, and I just walk down the avenue and give it to them). I believe THAT person got my package, kept the contents and disposed of the box.

I was just talking to my neighbors (everybody knows now) I said "I better not smell this scent on ANYBODY. We all laughed.

I have to keep it light.

Right now, I don't TRUST ANYONE!!! How sad is that?

I will however speak to my mail carrier to tell him to please be careful with any future mail that I may get. Don't trust him either.

I've not decided to call the FBI yet. I really don't think I'd be on their top priority right now.
