Green Monsta

I have to laugh. Did you read the first line of my first post.

I BOUGHT THE PASTA N MORE. Just haven't got it yet!!!

They just emailed me that they shipped it out today.

Believe me, the first time I make pasta, I'll make a video.

Now if only I could find a good thermometer on one of those AS SEEN ON TV infomercials.

God, I'd kill for a working thermometer!!!!

lol

Curious:

What do you mean you like the new orange better than green??

Orange what????

You can't be talking about the Pasta n More because when I click on the video it shows the same video that I saw on tv and it's green with blue lids, or something like that but NOTHING IS ORANGE.

You saw something in orange??

Melody,

Of course I did...after I hit "submit reply"! After I saw that my post wasn't going up, I thought it didn't matter but just saw that it finally made it on the board. Is it because I'm new or does everyone have to wait hours to see a post? I'm not liking that...

So sorry for the duplicate info. I didn't think to read back to the beginning. Had stumbled upon this site when I was googling the product.

Happy Hump Day!

I have no idea why you can't submit links or why you are having a bit of a hard time posting. Maybe it's because you only have 3 posts??

Probably that's the reason.

Keep posting and when you have 10, maybe you can put in stuff.

Anyway, I'm going to check out Lor's link.

Sounds cool!!

LOVE GADGETS!!!

Lor, I'm hysterical. I HAVE THIS POT!!! Never did pasta in it. It's not big, perhaps that's why. I've made all my veggies in it. It cooks my carrots, broccoli, very nicely.

Now how did I get this Pampered Chef product?

About 3 years ago, one of my neighbor/friends invited me to a Tupperware Party.

I will never say NO to a Tupperware party because YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT THEY HAVE, RIGHT??

So we get there and something's not quite right. I see all these products on the big table but it doesn't look like any Tupperware.

I said to my friend Esther. "Where's the Tupperware?" She goes "I have no idea".

Then we hear someone chime in "This is not a Tupperware Party, this is a Pampered Chef party".

DO YOU KNOW HOW EXPENSIVE THE PAMPERED CHEF IS COMPARED TO TUPPERWARE??

I walked out buying that pot, and some Silicons Hot Glove Mitt things.

I laughed all night.

I kept saying "AND YOU SAID THIS WAS A TUPPERWARE PARTY".

LOL

Melody, I was thinking of telling you (till my son came & asked to use my computer for school work) that once I looked for info. on the pot and found many gagets and stuff then looked at other sites too. I think I might buy some things BTW...wasn't I just reading about a ricemaker, on one of these leads? Go to that Pampered Chef site that has my pan (our pan) & you will see a rice cooker. (Now mine is starting to look like an add )

Well, I never eat rice because I'm diabetic and I don't take any chances.

But I certainly love gadgets.

I'm the type that if I see an informercial and I thing "wow, I could use this". Then I buy it!!!

I bought the Smart Mop when it first came out YEARS BEFORE THE SWIFFER.

It had this twist thing and it was made of shammy material. I loved this mop.

But then I got my Swiffer and then my Shark Steam Mop

and the rest is history.

I always wanted that Express cooking thing (I think it's called the GT Express or something like that. It has two wells and you can put ANYTHING into it and it makes EVERYTHING. The lady put some cake mix with chocolate bars inside and BINGO, she made cake with chocolate inside. That looked delicious. I don't eat these things, but believe me if this was around years ago, (when I weighed lots more than I weigh now), BELIEVE ME, I would have bought this gadget in a heartbeat.

God I would have made dumplings and cake mixes and burritos, and omelletes, and WHATEVER THE LADY MADE, I would have made.

It's the same lady who does the Pasta N More commercial.

She does all these informercials.

Alan says they should give me a job as an informercial lady!!

lol

P.S. I just looked it up. It's called the GT Xpress and they give you one free if you buy one. My god, the stuff you can buy on those As Seen On Tv stores on the Internet.
