Frank-my son has an autism spectrum disorder and does very well so keep thinking positive!

BTW-my son has his first girlfriend!!! He has a wallet stuffed full of notes, sits with her on the bus and they have lunch together, plus she is in one of his classes.

I worked my booty off today mostly like 8 hours worth of phone calls and refilling prescriptions WOW, plus I did an EKG and some immunizations (that was fun)
not.LOL

I forgot...thank you Char for the box of books YAY!!!!!! Can't decide what to read first! And I finished the last book I have last night!

The support group was kind of neat. It was an interesting mix, so think I'll go back when they meet again next month. Even though I was the youngest there, LOL.

Matt had to work an overnight undercover detail last night and he just got home about 30 minutes ago. I hate those assignments.....I'm so afraid he's going to get hurt. Of course, I say nothing to him but my stomach is in a knot until I hear the garage door open and know he's safely home. And get this.....they want him to consider doing the undercover stuff full time on the drug task force!! :eek: He'll have to grow facial hair and take on the "look" of a lowlife criminal! Not that facial hair is lowlife...I happen to like it....but in a patrol capacity he has to be clean shaven. Ugh...........something else to worry about. :rolleyes: He loves it so if this is something he wants to do I'll support him.

Renee, I'm so glad you got to be busy. It sure makes the time go by faster. How old is your son - for some reason I was thinking he was under 10? They sure do start early, don't they!! :p

Char, hope the vertigo is better today. Please be careful if you have to drive....make sure you have a cell phone with you. I have found if I let a peppermint candy disolve slowly in my mouth when I am feeling nauseous it helps a lot.

Up early..as Ciara gets on bus about 650am...uggggg (so my days off are early)..
instead of crawling back into bed with hubby and baby...I figure I want to get some cleaning done....darn cleaning..some of me wants to get a blanket and read a book for a bit outside on a lawn chair....watchin the sun shine....I might do that tomorrow after bus comes...watch the sun start comin up after bus.....sounds good.....

Good Morning Everyone! I have to leave for school in a few minutes so I just wanted to say hey and that I am thinking of you. I am reading all of your posts, but I have been too tired to respond and then it gets a bit overwhelming. I am still trying to get use to my working schedule. I was in bed the last two nights by 8:30, but then up for awhile in the minute of the night.

Are any of you guys old enough to remember Romper Room? Probably not! The hostess would have a magic mirror and she would say, " I see ..." and then she would give a list of names. It was a thrill when she said "I see Barbara." Or maybe I was just a major dork.:D So anyway, I am going to give it a try.

feeling better today ... got alot of stuff sorted and tossed ... tried to keep eating something ... still didn't feel good yesterday afternoon, but by 6pm or so, I wasn't feeling so icky .. slept good without any OTC assistance ...
