Hmmmm, apparently some of you guys did NOT read the directions I posted. However, I know many here are not feeling well or are on medications. I know when I first hit the link and saw the unfamiliar writing, I went back and read the directions and then things got MUCH BETTER!

Here are the directions again:
Brain Age Test:

The test apparently tells you your "brain age." Don't worry when you first see it, it is in Japanese. I explain how to perform the test below. It doesn't know your chronological age so you have to do any comparisons yourself. The lower numbers (compared to your age) are actually better.

Directions:

All you do is click the start button and it counts down 3..2..1.. and then some numbers flash on the screen for perhaps a second. Then they disappear and circles appear where the numbers were. Your job is to click on the circles from the spots where the numbers were, going from the lowest number to the highest.
It's basically a time waster...but perhaps it can really tell us our "brain age" and by doing it more than once, it might strengthen our ability to concentrate. Don't forget to follow the directions above and have fun!

Here's the link:

Thank you who moi for the English version
