Isn't that fun, Frank?! Especially when you can see their reaction firsthand without ever letting on that it was you!!

My neighbor today is taking my mower blade and having it sharpened for me. Isn't that sweet? He saw that I had to use the blower to get rid of the grass clumps and said that was too much work.

Hey, maybe he'll cut the grass for you while you're gone to the hospital with Jim!!

I said it was an act of kindness, not an act of permanancy.

He hasn't brought back the blade so I had to pull out the old mower which is NOT self propelled.

I was the receiver of a kind act, Parked in HC parking, I was struggling to get big refrigerator bottle of water from cart into car. A woman walked over, said "let me help", she did and walked away, she was done. It needed doing so she did it. I think of her.

well today I found Mrs Wolfe sitting on a sidewalk, this is an elderly woman about 94, who is a bit hard headed and doesn't always call me to give here a ride, the independent stuff i can relate with , but she is not doing well, I called 911 and took twenty minutes to convince her to let emts look at her

We met her last summer in 95 degree weather as she walked about a mile or two to store, I gave the emts her name and address and had to go get autistic child who got off at two and if you ar a mintute late it throws him for a kilter , again I reiterate dropped him off at house then went over there and contacted the neighbor she told me had all the info regarding her like contacts and meds, she finally agreed to go to hospital, god help her she is such a sweet lady and soooooo determined, you all if you will toss a prayer up there for this really nice person, thanks

I always give a bottle of water when I see someone in need. I keep several in my car and give them out when I can, I like doing that more than money, and in Phx, they never deny it.

they did a new story here a while back where they followed some homeless people from the street corner they do their pan-handling from. Out of 10 they followed, 7 of them walked a few blocks to a NEW car, got in and drove by a bank and made a deposit before going home to a large house. Thats sad. They said some "homeless" in Phx make up to $70,000 a year.

I hardly ever pass up someone on the street, after all, if you think about it, Jesus was homeless. You never know who you are helping.

I complimented several women on a variety of things...their work skills, their clothing, their smile...all sincere. I do believe people can be stingy with their compliments and it makes a person's day better/brighter when they hear positive input.

I agree 100%....and it makes you feel better by knowing that you made someone else feel better!
