Wow, that was a fast discharge!! http://i283.photobucket.com/albums/k...lies/vroam.gifDid you just leave on your own? Are they going to go to your room and wonder where on earth you are? :eek:

Frank, you're a big boy.....old enough to know what works for you. I just hope you take care of yourself and don't overdo it. I'm stubborn, too, and don't like not being able to do things.....but at some point we have to listen to the little voice on our shoulder telling us to lighten the load..... http://i283.photobucket.com/albums/k...il_balance.gif

So, my advice to you is to go take a http://i283.photobucket.com/albums/k...s/chilling.gif and relax!!!

How's Deb????

weegot5kiz 10-22-2008 12:57 PM

no they tired of me and sent me home i kid you not my ox levels read 96 on 60 percent oxygen and thats all their number chart needs to see, didnt matter 30 minutes latter with no oxygen i test at 93-94, that will be the last time for that hospital, tired of the bs there the whole hospital has changed, even the nurses agreed with me, and not jsut to shut me up they also complained about how the patients are getting shafted, so ewscray emthay

the other night when i coded i spent the whole night getting fluids out, with out being graphic, so my lungs sounded dry and as they all and said, including Sandy, I should of been in there about a week ago. Trying to be smart and save some cash I did all I could just didnt have the oxygen or IV

Thank you everyone for your concersn love ya

peace

Frank I am surprised they didn't send you home with oxygen. :rolleyes: I wonder how they sleep at night?

DM 10-22-2008 01:04 PM

Franko's HOME!!!! Echoeing what everyone else said, in hoping that you take it easy and follow up w/the Dr's, etc. Oh, and that means listening to Deb, too!. :winky:

I think Frank left early cuz AMN said she was coming to see him. I'd high tail it too! :D

Vonn~ what a wonderful, generous thing for you to do w/your quilts. :hug:

Sandy~ somehow I have a hard time believing that you are ''quiet''. That's probably about like saying ''I'' am. :D

I may not respond to everyone, but I'm sending hugs.

Oh and Weave, didn't see your "pronto" post, but I think in Frank's case, two orders are required. Hope you are doing ok, too~ Been thinking about all you've been through.

Frank, Glad your home, but I hope you didn't jump ship too soon. Would your doctor order home health visits , just to check your SAT levels (oxygen levels), and monitor your vital signs. They would also listen to your lungs. I think that would be a good way to monitor your respirtory function, til you are sure you are out of the woods. Just a thought!! Couldn't hurt!! Might help!!

FinLady 10-22-2008 01:10 PM

Frank, glad you're home. Take care of yourself, rest up, and get better. :hug:

Sarah, :hug: Totally understand that feeling of being overwhelmed. That cycle is a nasty one. Accomplish what you can and ask for help when needed. :hug:

Barb, glad you're feeling a little better. Hope the improvement keeps coming. :hug:

Sandy, I checked the forecast for our area and they said possible snow next week for us too. :eek: I'm used to October snows when I grew up in NY, but a little odd for central Ohio.

~~~~~~~~
Doing little things at a time today. Last night's weird restlessness has me draggin' today. Tried to nap, but mind kept racing. Crossing fingers this means I'll sleep tonight, LOL.
SandyC 10-22-2008 01:13 PM
