Sounds like everyone had a great time at the GTG. I :hissyfit: so :Bawling: wanted :hissyfit: to :Bawling: be :hissyfit: there :Bawling: myself. Wish I lived closer but... oh well. Thanks for the pics and reports. Everyone looks so darn good! :D It would appear AMN's batteries got the deep charging she needed. I just hope you didn't over do it Frank. Rest, rest, and rest some more. Nobody wants to hear you left home again for a while.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ My guys return from their overnight thing today. I have groceries to fetch. Looks like my cell phone completely died. And I blame everyone here who posted about dead/ new cell phones for giving mine the idea. I can't get mine to turn on. I charged it and it still won't turn on. I hope I can get it to work long enough to get some phone numbers off of it that aren't written down anywhere. :o Time to make the doughnuts, er, fetch the groceries. |
Have you tried a hard reboot pull out the battery and hold the disconnect button for 20 seconds, might be like ours every once in a while its needed,
glad your little one is a coming home, all else fails its an electronic devise :SMACK: it child 3 has his work cut out for him today but i will help too we got a few things to finish in this house so we can get a few more things moved about this weekend, can not waste a weekend again I hope yall are doing wonderful, it is friday right?:Bang-Head: hmmm i just read a bunch of the insights post, first i am sorry for those of you I freaked or scared, it did the same to me, I was not being stubborn, i was doing what i could till I knew it wouldn't be enough I took all my meds did my treatments and when I needed more I did go in, yes debbie and sandy not soon enough again sorry, I also want to mention I totally forgot about all my post :yikes:, deb sat here reading them to me and lol, i guess no sleep no oxygen and pain meds makes me a complete half wit, whimsical little cuss arent I peace |
Renee and Char I am so sorry! I haven't got used to my new phone yet. If it makes you feel better my kids blew us off yesterday. lol Renee, did I send you my new phone number? That may be why I missed your call. I sent a bulk text to everyone on my list. Char, now, I did get your text. lol You liked the place we ate huh? LOL It was perfect for you.

Great GTG yesterday, but I got woke up in the wee hrs of the morning w/a very frightening phone call. One of my Best Friends' was in a car accident last night and they airlifted her to Univ Hospital. She is in surgery now, but will recover. I just couldn't go back to sleep for love nor money, I was so worried. A little over a yr ago, another of my BF's was in a near fatal accident and recovered after many surgeries and prayers, so this really hit hard. A deer had run out in front of her on a country road, so I'm always fearful of night driving. There are so many deer out here in the boonies of TH. On a lighter note~~ guess who's coming to dinner? (not Sidney Poitier either) Or I should say, Guess who I'm meeting for dinner?????:rolleyes: |
DM I hope the surgery goes well and your friend is back on the mend real quick, Glad you are ok I know you were worried about same thing going home last night:hug:

Barb & everybody - I start my last course on Sunday .. then the Capstone (thesis course) in January ... :yahoo: UPDATE: learning alot about the simple things ... and believing that all things do work together for good ... working with the gals from the BuZZ (ohgreetings.com) ... on setting up a website to sell my goodies ... trying not to be bitter, feel sorry for myself, and not to be lazy ... hard to explain waiting for help from those that are helping me with my appeal ... I have learned that 'any' stress really 'pushes my sx buttons' ... and I have to continually tell myself to 'calm down' ... hope everyone has a great day ... it's all ours! |

Hubby went and got the parts for my car today. He said it doesn't look like it's gonna be that bad to fix after looking at them. Hope I get my ride back soon, but at least it happened when I wasn't going anywhere anyways. :) Hope this finds everyone well. :grouphug: |
OH hey everyone...
I gotta go peek at the GTG pics and stuff....glad a group got together... hugss all WELL let me tell you a good Doctor story...for the undx limbo ppl....hahaa So, my primary when I went to see her assistant..and she knew I was having more problems with sxs....they call me and say they are setting me up with another specialist....a Endocrinologist!! so this is months ago..apt was yesterday... so I had looked up what a endocrinologist is...thought wow...dont know why I am seeing one...but remembered dr said..well since when preggo I dont have sxs..and when unpreggo I do..she will send me to this specialist since they look into hormone stuff... sounded good to me... OK so apt is yesterday, I head out with my mom....(hour away mind you) and I finally get into the apt....and the endocrinologist, comes in introduces himself....(now this is a class A dr finally....as he was brutally honest...and sounded like he knew what is what) so ..he says SO SARAH, WHY DID YOUR DR SEND YOU TO US?? I said, I think due to my sxs are gone when pregnant...and they thought maybe hormonal issue!! So, he looks over my most recent bloodwork sent to him, he asks about my sxs....we talk a while... he then says "Sarah, to be honest with you, I have nothing for you, your bloodwork sugar wise, and thyroid wise are wonderful!! All the tests that would lead a dr to send you to an endocrinologist are good results...so really you shouldnt need further testing in my department. Sure I could run tons of tests, but nothing from your sxs leads me to believe there is a need at all to do them." Then he says....LOVE THIS.... " SARAH, MY OPINION YOUR SXS ARE NEUROLOGICAL" WOW CAN YOU BELIEVE THIS.... this is fourth dr aside from neuros that have said...neurological...the neuros then say not neurological..uggggg so I was smart, I asked him, as a tear gets in my eye....DR in your professional opinion, you are fourth dr aside from neuros that have told me this is neurological. I have seen 3 neuros that send me away..saying not neurological or anxiety etc. In your opinion, if I was your daughter, your wife, or you..what would you do..then... he said, he would go to Mayo clinic or UofM for medical care. He said as I seem to be a mystery, and that he doubts any around here will figure it out..if they are saying what they are.....he did ask me if I thought anxiety, and if I have heart palpitations etc, I said no to the sxs...said heck with the non dx I might be anxiety..hehe he mentioned my busy life, but I reminded him most sxs started way back when my life was much quieter and easy going.... he then said again, sarah this seems neurological....that he would do mayo.... now only if that was as easy done as said...someday... but nice to have another pro....say neurological as I believe it is.... flip side is...what a waste of money on the apt....glad I have insurance...but this guy is like almost $300. for a office visit...seen the slip....:eek: anyhow..thanks for reading my interesting story....life continues to be fun.... I am weaning back on the neurontin, I feel it is giving me negative feelings...that kindof scare me.....so I am doing one a day..for a bit...then deciding if go off totally.....the tingling pain I dont want back..but gotta balance which is worse.... hugssss, sarah |
