I hate the cold!!! Miserable, freakin' cold...ratzenfratzen ice...crumbligrotten snow...grrrr:mad:

I felt crummy yesterday...so swollen from the roids...and I think I was beat from only 4 hrs of sleep and all of the weekend stress...I keep forgetting what stress will do to an MS body...I just took it easy yesterday, got my calendar organized, watched TV (not a habit anymore), and just hibernated. Still so darned crabby...DH chuckles...his mantra the last few days is "take it easy". Feel like hell on wheels...

Morning! Up bright and early to head out to the VA hospital for Jim's appointment. It's just a follow up. We're pretty sure the increased valium is causing the cog fog on Jim so we just need to tweak the drug cocktail. haha Don't you worry Frank, if Jim gets cog fog you can help him remember what you guys were taking about. haha

Those were some pretty weird buildings...just goes to show that if someone can imagine it, someone will build it...

Got all my running around and errands done yesterday so today will probably be a quiet day for me.

My neighbor from across the street came over yesterday and brought me a huge sack of oranges from Florida. He also wanted to let me know that he is putting his house up for lease as he is moving to CA to work for his brother and his wife and 2 little children will move to FL to live with her mother. They're doing all this because of the job market here and the economy. He just can't find steady work here that will pay the bills. They hope to save as much money as they can over the next year or so and hopefully he can find work here in GA again. They're such a nice young couple....I wish things were different for them.

Today is apparently Brittany Spears 27th birthday....GMA is having a huge birthday party for her and I finally had to turn the TV down because of all the screaming fans! What is so incredibly special about this....other than the fact she survived the past several years of bad judgment? Guess I'm just getting old and grumpy 'cos I don't see the importance of this taking front page on GMA. :rolleyes:

Just hanging out today doing some chores. Kitchen is scrubbed down, cleared out the stuff that was laying around (kids:rolleyes:), cleaned the bathroom, and now need to dust, sweep, wash the floors and vacuum. Need to take a break first.
