Congrat's! That is great about the art show. I hope everything goes okay with the GI guy.

My news: I am now a redhead -- well, it is actually auburn. I have had the washed out brunette with blond highlights (to cover up the grey) forever so I thought I would try something new. My hair color when I was young was sort of chestnut red. It is going to take a while to get used to -- looks really dark. But I do like the fact that it looks shiny and not so drab.

Shopping is going fine. I have to find those darn Twilight books for my niece and they are sold out or not a match. Ugh

Update: My body and I have been having a war today! Not sure who is winning but I had to cancel out on my neuropsych testing. Antibiotics and Advil on an empty stomach is NEVER a good idea and I know that. What was I thinking last night. Enough of that . . .

DD18 is such a sweetie. She never says too much about my artwork but apparently she told her teacher all about it and he wanted to see it. So today she brought some of my work to school with her to show him. Yes, my friends, the work is all signed so she can't turn it in as her own. LOL. It makes me feel good that my daughter thought enough about my work to want to show others. Hugs to her.:hug::hug:

BTW - The difference in DD18 between now and a few months ago is like night and day. It has been such an exciting time for her with starting school and being more responsible. The house is much calmer. Thanks for all who had been praying for her. The prayers worked.

Got a letter from the neuro...MRI showed subtle changes from the one a year ago...definitely an inflammatory process going on...we'll talk in 2 wks...I was frankly surprised.

Still having trouble breathing...but I hope that it will improve now that I'm not taking the pred...
