That snow is coming my way. But 1st the rain. So right now, slush is coming down. I wonder if it will turn into a blanket of snow on top of ice? Last night we bought a couple of those shovels with bent wood/metal thing (whats that area called?) so that you don't have to bend way down. We also bought about eight heavy duty extention cords that all go into this one box that makes the outside Xmas lights blink in a certain way. DH is modifying other extention cords right now. Yesterday I sat in the yard putting up part of our Xmas display. I oughta get off my computer now & go help DH fix things.

It's estimated our area will get 8-10 inches. Frank, I think your on the border of anywhere from 2-10 inches. lol I already went out and dropped off Chris's key to the mechanic. My neighbor pulled out of her drive and asked me if I needed anything from Walmart and I told her to be careful because it's slick outside. She pulled back in her drive and went inside. haha!

I did Ok just got stuck, if you can believe it, trying to back into my garage. Sheesh! Slushy stuff. I decorated the back deck so Jim would have lights to look at. Now when he's in bed he too can enjoy the decs. I did that today when I got back. I think my palm tree may have to come over near my angel. It fell once already thanks to the wind. Not today though. I staked it down with a bunch of stakes and hope it holds. Now, to the inside whoohoo!

The weatherman is calling for a "dusting" of snow here in GA overnight into tomorrow morning. It won't stick....the ground isn't cold enough. It's been raining here all day and is in the low 40's. This is really early for us to get snow here. We usually have our coldest weather and, if we're going to have it, snow in February and March.

They're telling people up here to stay off the roads if possible, especially the southern and central part of the state and into New Hampshire. Many accidents reported already.
