Morning all. Trying to wake up, sipping my coffee. So far the plans are to slow cook a roast, and take a nap if I need to a little later on. Gotta get my game on for the preview show tonight, so will listen and not push (like I did yesterday, lol).

I like my GI doc so far. I had a cog fog at the office (they gave me a lot of stuff to bring home), and I accidentally left the prescription of an anti-spasmatic med she had prescribed for me. Unlike any other office, which would've called and asked me to come back in to pick it up, Got it in the mail. I looked at it and went "d'oh"

Kay, my geek chef has taken over the holiday menu. I'm in charge of the sweets, but other than that - he has declared the kitchen his for the holiday. Kinda neat to see since he is good at cooking. learned from his mom.
