Okay, I have a choice. I non-stick, or a stainless steel.

I threw out all of my cheap non-stick because I read that when they chip, the teflon can get into your body when you cook something. So for quite a while, I've been using stainless steel (and using one of those olive oil no stick sprays.)

But I need a good BIG frying pan.

I looked up the cephalon and there's a new one and (I forget the name of it) but it's guaranteed safe and to be no stick for the life of the pan.

So what would ALL of you buy if you wanted a really good fry pan.
