Good luck with the SS meeting, Frank. I was fortunate in that I didn't have to go through all that so I don't have any advice or things to tell you to look out for. You'll do fine. Sometimes I think all the government red tape is an attempt to make us throw our hands up and say "just forget it".

Good luck with the C lessons, Barb. The manual injection (to me) was so much easier and less painful. You control everything from the depth to how quickly you inject the medicine. I had 90% less site reactions with manual injections. And 100% less apprehension! Once I knew they didn't hurt I didn't stress about having to do them everyday. Unfortunately the medication just didn't work for me.

I gotta go get dressed. I'm meeting Jessica (Kevin's gf) for lunch today. She doesn't know what he has planned for Valentine's Day (proposal) so I have to stay on my toes so I don't spill the beans! We went Sunday to Jared's and he purchased her ring.....it's beautiful and looks very much like mine. It's a three stone princess cut (white gold). Mine is styled the same just with round stones. The nice lady cleaned my ring for me (I still wear it on my right hand) and it looked practically new again! She had to tell me that they buy jewelry, too. I'd never part with it....just told her I wasn't interested in selling....didn't go into the reasons.

I will say this much - a CT scan is a lot quicker and less stressful than an MRI. Why can't MS leisons show up on THAT little do-dad, LOL!

Should get results within the next day or two. Calm between snow right now. Roads weren't too bad by the time I had to go out, so that was a plus.

I have typed and erased this text box about 5 times now.

Let me try to make a list of some things I am going to try to do today.
1.Investigate the homemade soap idea. I am wondering why the price per load increases from 3 cents to 15 cents a load when it is the same ingredients when you go from the liquid recipe to the dry recipe minus the water.
2. Use my "S hook" to work on my frozen shoulder.
3. Try to make some more online friends.
4. Try to do a few minutes of housework.
5. Try to appreciate the day. It is too cold to go outside-but it IS sunny!

Frank, Just thought I would let you know that it started snowing again about 10:30 and it is supposed to snow until midnight or so. They are expecting another 4 to 6 inches. It is coming down pretty heavy right now. On my drive home from school, it was turning to ice on my windshield. The problem is that it is so flat down here that if the wind starts blowing we have drifting and white out conditions.

I have not gotten my copaxone delivery yet. I hope it is not freezing somewhere on the UPS truck.

Kelly, Thanks for the encouragement. I am not too nervous about the manual injections -- just those pesky IPIR's. Hopefully, this time I will be able to avoid them. I still cannot quite figure out how to do my arms. None of my chairs have the right type of back. Hope you had a good lunch.

Renee -- A day off is nice, isn't it. I hope the ice does not get too bad. Electricity is good too.

Back from store, and even got stuff put away. People up by my neighborhood must not freak out too much - either that or the store is well stocked. Plenty of stuff in grochery store. The news was showing places out of bread, water, etc. in other areas around us.

But timing on my part was great. It's just starting to snow again. Glad I got it done while the roads were clear.
