tricia.....well, my routine is interrupted again.lol the kids are home, school
was cancelled...im gonna find some easy crafts to do so I can sit with
my hotpack on my hip.

MY UPDATE: well, kids are out of school....Im a little sore, took a spill
yesterday and landed on my lower back/hip.

I am gonna just chill with the little ones maybe doing some crafts. I love doing crafts with the kids and their friends. I find all kinds of stuff on clearance and we have a ball. The bottom of my closet is full(and I mean full) of cool stuff. lol

Oh, I got a coffee maker yesterday. My old one was a Cuisinart thermal pot
cmaker. We couldnt justify paying a 140.00 to replace it so we went with
a top of the line Mr. Coffee that was a floor model...get this regularly 65.00
got it for 6.50......yay...it works great.

Have fun with the kids today doing crafts and such. I love doing that kind of stuff with my little nieces and nephews. I love seeing how their little minds work and how the creativity just flows. They don't have the "obstacles" that we adults seem to create in ourselves.

I have to 'self-talk' positive to myself daily to continue to have simple joy ... and just one day at a time - I've sang the song for over 30 years ... and yet, I put it off for a very long time - it took this dx to calm me down and to cherish the moments ... everyday, a new beginning!!

My Sanford's eye looks great today...giving him eye drops that contain anitbiotics and steroids to help with any bugs/inflammation. He's got lots of energy, so I don't think it's bothering him...

Feel so much better today...Frank, I know I suffer from SAD...I have a light that I use, when I remember to turn it on, that's supposed to help. Now if it would only get my memory going!

I think that my son's impending divorce from his wife is really getting to me unconsciously...he is moving on, but he is so sad that it hasn't worked out...and he doesn't want to hurt her...we all love her...our hearts are hurting for both of them...so I'm sure I'm crabby/weepy in part because of this situation. Just wish I could take his pain away...

Just got back from St. Louis and appt with ms specialist. I posted about it on ms thread. I feel it went pretty well. I am pretty tired. After my appt we went to PF Chang's for lunch and to Whole Foods, Borders, and the Container Store. Have to take advantage of being in the big city.

You went to the CONTAINER STORE???? Ooooooh, I'm so jealous!! (Not being sarcastic...I'm pitifully serious!)
