Nope, it all checked out fine. The doors have sensors and if they sense anything the door wont close. I may ask them on Thursday to lower the sensor for me.

I am having a good day, because my Left arm/shoulder/hand that has been very painful since last summer is getting better. I have been going to a chiropractor/massage therapist for myofascial release for a few weeks now and am seeing slow continual improvement. It only hurts a little worse now than the rest of my body-so that is cool! And I have the functioning back-I can move it in all directions. That is definitely an upper!

We have lots of snow here. The dogs love to run around in it! I'm not as big of a fan of it as they are-but it IS very beautiful. And my hubby warms up the car for me whenever I have to go somewhere, wheich is sweet.

I enjoy reading social chat. Do you guys have group chat in the chatroom? Is it on certain days?

Hi Sue, glad you're feeling better. I think some people go to the chat room from time to time......I cannot because I just cannot keep up with the momentum. My right hand/arm is numb therefore my typing is slow. Pair that up with my MS cog-foggy brain and you have the recipe for "slow".

It's cold here although I'm sure it probably seems balmy to those of you up in IL and the northeast. Friday/Saturday our lows will be in the low teens and the highs in the low 30's.....sorry, that's the best I could do!!

I made the best crockpot full of homemade vegetable beef soup yesterday. I had enough to freeze two containers of it and still have enough for our supper last night. Made grilled turkey & swiss cheese sandwiches to go along with it. Yummy! I love soup on cold nights.

The only errand I have to do today is to take some cat food to the pet shelter and try my darndest to get out of there without visiting the cats. It's hard to do but I always end up crying because they are just so sweet and don't deserve the hand they've been dealt. But, at least they are in a warm, safe place with food, water and a warm bed and not scavenging out in the cold where awful things could happen to them. I simply cannot afford one more cat and know for sure that my two would not be gracious enough to welcome a stranger into "their home".

Everybody who's hurting or worried..... Even if you aren't I'll give you a hug anyway....

Didnt have to get up way early, I guess his surgery isnt first as thought. Cause when they called, they said to have him there by 930am. So you know prep time, IV and all, thinking late morning surgery.

I will be up there for the whole day, think no matter how surgery goes, my mom will want to stay up until night when visiting hours are done. So I will try to check in once home, if late and forget, I will check in the morning with you all. hugsssssss, sarah

Thankfully they allow one cup of coffee - even though I can't put any cream in it. Did manage to get some sleep last night, but did notice one thing yesterday - - - Do you realize how many food commercials are on tv, especially when one isn't allowed to have any?

Test isn't until later this afternoon. Just hoping they can find out what's up.

Kelly - I have been making bigger meals and freezing the leftovers for the past week. So far it is working out great. This way, on my bad days, we can just pull something out of the freezer, heat it up, and dinner is done.
