did anyone see that fountain that was frozen solid in ALANTA

I just found it weird, around here when it gets super cold you say ok well at least it wont snow, which it did big time, and you also say cool its gonna warm up and in same breath say bummer its gonna snow, and it didnt, its these oddities in the weather that have me a bit perplexed, somethings not right about it
