I hope this finds all doing well, yesterday was a stressful day to say the least, and I didnt take my steroids till after the meeting, was not about to go in pumped on roids and saying I am fatigued most of the time so I took my dose at 1130 and was up to the wee hours this morning like 5 and woke back up at 8, should of just taken my next dose at 5 and tried sleeping but worried and woke at 8 to take them there zippy pills
